Years ago, after my health collapsed right before a major performance, I lost trust in my body.
I avoided movement. I burnt out. I tried all the “right” things… and still felt stuck.
Then Barre found me—not the ballerina kind, the real kind.
The kind that reminded me what strength feels like without pressure.
The kind that made me feel like my body and soul were finally on the same team.
Since then, I’ve taught hundreds of women how to return to themselves through smart, soulful movement.
Barre Fitness with Camelle is my love letter to every woman navigating perfectionism, pressure, and pain.
This isn’t just movement.
